Wayline Care

Coordination

How it works

We handle the logistics between you and the hospital. Your doctors handle the medicine.

  1. Send your records

Reports, scans and your current treatment plan. We help you work out what is missing and what needs an English or Chinese translation.

  2. Hospital review

We take the case to the international office of a hospital that treats your condition. Its doctors decide whether they can help. We do not make that call.

  3. Written plan and estimate

You get the proposed plan, likely length of stay and a cost estimate in writing, and you check them with your own doctor at home.

  4. Entry paperwork

The hospital letter, visa documents and a travel plan for you and anyone coming with you.

  5. In China

Airport pickup, interpreter, appointments, deposits and payment. Someone who knows the hospital system stays reachable while you are there.

  6. Home and follow-up

Discharge records in English, a medication list, and a handover to the doctor who will look after you at home.

What we do

  • Help you collect and organize your records
  • Identify hospitals with relevant departments and contact their international offices
  • Pass questions and answers between you and the hospital
  • Help prepare entry paperwork and plan the trip
  • Support you during your stay with language and hospital logistics
  • Help you bring your records home and hand over to your doctor

What we do not do

  • Diagnose, prescribe or tell you which treatment to choose
  • Promise a result, a visa or a place at a hospital
  • Set hospital prices or hold your hospital deposit
  • Replace a lawyer on immigration questions

What it costs to work with us

Our fee depends on how much coordination your case needs. We agree it with you in writing before any paid work starts. Hospital bills, travel and accommodation are separate, and you pay those providers directly.

Check every plan with a doctor you trust. Ask your own doctor to read the hospital's written plan before you commit. A good hospital will not object.
